So are you a fan of combat sports? I watch K-1 when I can but have been following MMA more closely.

It doesn't look like Cung Le fan has used his account in several months.
I can answer your question about Cung though. Cung Le fought between
175 and 180lbs during his San Shou career. Buakaw, on the other hand, fights at about 150 - 155lbs. They are not in the same weight class. Cung is doing MMA now. He just signed an exclusive contract with Strikeforce and competes in the 185lb Middleweight division. They are building towards a fight between Cung and Frank Shamrock next year.

My opinion on who would win is Cung. He is bigger, stronger and faster with a more diverse array of strikes. If it was K-1 or Muay Thai rules Buakaw would put up a decent fight. In San Shou rules Cung would destroy him because of takedowns. Since Cung is in MMA now and they are in different weight classes they will likely never fight.
