This was the second open day at Havator! Damn funny and better weather than yesterday! We also crushed a Coca-Cola can under the hook for the CC 6800 (which was lifted up by the TC 2800). It was also nice to meet Krister Enarsson, the driver of CC 6800!

About Me: Hello, my real name is Alexander, I am also known as AIN_002, A.I. Nikolis. I love 98% of all types of construction equipment, most cranes and trucks.
My favorite cranecompanies are Havator and Kynningsrud. They are far from the biggest, but I like their colors and I can take my bike to them anytime if I want.
I know most about Liebherr and Demag/Terex-Demag cranes, and I love to take photos of them!

hello, the spraying of water is to make it easier to turn the crawlers. if you look carefully the crane drives along side the dock and then it drives in the direction of the ship.
the water on steel reduces the friction, that;s why!!

hey to find it type crawler crane in the brickshelf search engine you should see a picture that says "crane" it shows a weird picture... also the crane was originally going to be on a smaller scale but the gear rations where just way to low and Lego motors aren't small.. Oh the original plan was to build a demag cc12600 but after some bad test lifts I just built what worked...
