Writing and recording their own brand of rock music, built on a variety of eclectic influences from the past 40 years of music. Five Smooth Stones' fans appreciate the band's originality and musical proficiency. The band speaks honestly about the ups and downs of searching for hope in an often seemingly hopeless world. Five Smooth Stones is based out of the Hereford Zone in Maryland, and recently released their second record.

Five Smooth Stones have been playing their engaging live show around the Mid-Atlantic area for the last five years, from intimate venues including coffee houses and churches to crowds into the thousands at festivals like Park Rock Fest in southern Maryland. Recent highlights have been shows at Baltimore's Recher Theatre and Steelworkers Hall in Baltimore.
