About Me: SAI is an alternative rock band from Gothenburg, Sweden. Their repertoire of songs range from infectious to intense, mixing all the band's influences in order to convey their view on life - perfectly matched by their dark, exotic image. The band was founded by it's main composer Arian in 2007, although 2008 should be considered the band's true start due to this being the year when the present line-up was established: Huy (vocals), Arian (lead guitar), Nikke (rhythm guitar), Ken (bass) & Andie (drums).

So far the world of music has been extremely kind to the ambitious band. 2008 saw the release of their first self-financed EP, "NEUROTIC DISORDER", which not only received impressive reviews (in France's leading rock magazine Rock One to name one) but also managed to rack up over 1000 downloads not long after it's free online release. A follow-up single entitled "AVANTGARDE" was released later that year and welcomed even more impressive reactions. The band's first music video (in collaboration with the prestigious RoJoFilm company) was shot for the title track of the single. In addition the band succeeded in breaking the seasonal attendance records of Meeths, Gothenburg's most popular club for youths.

In 2009 the band received national coverage due to impressing the Swedish music division of MySpace. This resulted in appearances on the front page, further establishing their place as one of the country's fastest growing unsigned acts. This year the band is striving to bring even more to the table and continue on their path to becoming the next big thing. Their first full-length album is tentatively due this December. The rapid pace of SAI's growth is also due to their loyal and constantly growing fanbase. The amount of street teams & supports situated around the world shows that the band is truly worth keeping an eye on.

SAI is a band which is aiming to cause an impact on today's music scene as musicians completely devoted to their work. In their own words: "The sky is the limit!". The first live dates outside of their native Sweden have already been booked; giving fans abroad their first chance of catching the band's energetic showmanship. SAI continues to play live regularly - spreading their name and increasing their fanbase - while at the same time looking for a management and/or label to support them.
