Einstein is our Pet African Grey Parrot. She lives with us in our home in Texas. She is not the famous "Einstein" that was featured on the TV show Animal Planet Pet Stars. What a lovely animal. Very beautiful and she seems like a wonderful companion. How long will she live? I have read that parrots live a very long time, often outliving their owners. I would love to own a parrot, but I worry about it outliving me, or my life circumstances changing. Was this an issue for you when you chose to have a pet bird? Just curious.
