In order 2 actively take better care of this EarthWear I started CAP's Melting Point (in attempt to find out where my Melting Pt. back to size 10 is;-).

BROKE thru plateau (I think:-). Closer TO my GOAL & FEELING GREAT! Listening 2 My Body & Spirit! Resetting goals NOW!
