when u do high intensity exercise ur body requires a quick source of energy and since ur muscles are made up of protein, which is a quick source of energy compared to fat ur body will start to break down ur muscles to use the protein. hope that helps
my dogs paws r fine going for runs on pavement but its their joints im worried about. i try to go on grass if i can but if im on pavement i make sure they r jogging not galloping, what is ur opinion
