2fluxx is the collision of hip hop choreographer Ilona Fabiszewski and contemporary choreographer Paul Bennett.
Both Ilona and Paul have extensive performance and choreographic careers in their own genres, and continue to be a driving force in the industry.
2fluxx is Ilona and Paul's natural progression to expand and push previous boundaries by fusing two very different dance worlds in a complimentary and creative melting pot. The fusion, or 'flux' of these genres is an energetic, contrasting, modern, creative breath of fresh air to dance and music.
The choreographic bios alone of these two artists hold impressive credits, collectively boasting choreography and movement coaching for Seany B's 'Happy Today' music video, working with dancers, Seany B and Australia's Next Top Models, USANA international conference at Sydney Convention Centre, resident choreography for Chimera Dance Company, worldwide televised choreography for Ricki Lee's A1 Grand Prix performance, Indian popstar Aiysha's Australian and New Zealand tour, student showcases for Mango Dance Company, Industry night, Deutsche Bank conference at The Ivy, Aussie Pole Boys for Slide Nightclub, guest choreography for SMEG productions, music videos for UK artists Resonance Q, Ultra Beat, Nazene and Kelly Lorenna, Sydney Dance Show, dance and music interactive company Jak-l, Tour De Dance, Exodus with Philharmonic Orchestra, ADMA Idol 2006 and 2007, with many more choreographic developments in the making and on the horizon.
Their collective dance and performance credits flood over many events and media including; Bonds Paddycake television commercial, Urban Music Awards, Sleazeball, 'Rize' film launch, Battle of The Year, Andrew Denton opening credits, Paul McCartney world tour, Mardi Gras, Luna Park NYE, Mind Body Spirit Festival, music videos for Roxanne Lebrasse and 'Random', Priscilla In The Vineyard, British Airways Media party, Midnight Shift, circus show at Slide Nightclub, corporate events for Zoo magazine, Smirnoff, Eclipse, Coca Cola and many more.
Both 2fluxx choreographers hold weekly dance classes at reputable Sydney Dance Company studios, maintaining highly regarded reputations and very high student followings. Paul holds at BA in Performance Arts Dance and a Dissertation for Injury Prevention in Gymnastics and Dancers.
