All I know is that I've done lots of business with this store over a few years, and always had a good experience. The guys there take care of me as a customer, and I've witnessed how they treat other customers. People can rag on the videos if they like, but it's their loss--when I need something I'd sooner go to them than any of the chains.

um its a good thing not to buy from 247 drums. I bought a 17 inch Wuhan China and a stagg stand from him off ebay. Well, 2 months later I received the goods then after the long wait the china had a little chip on it and the stand was completely useless, it just broke straight away. Quality wasnt good at all. And yeah it is kinda hard to take this channel seriously with videos of his kids (I hope they are his kids) haha. Get another membership and put your own personal videos on it, not your business one.

Comon their backdrop, is a yellow blanket, the guys demonstrating dont sound like they know wat their doing. They dont take customers seriously either read the reviews at the ebay store.

Are you crazy????? People won't take a MUSIC STORE seriously if there are KIDS SINGING??????????? You really are kidding, right? Wow- I've spent a lot of money on drum gear for 25+ years, run HUNDREDS of studies on consumers reaction to ecommerce sites and I have to say you are just wrong- The kids make it more real, make the sellers more real, sites that try too hard to look serious are the ones that will screw you 95% (especially this type of ecommerce site)- WOW

I dont know if people are gonna take you serious and buy from you if you put a video of someones kids singing on your stores channel. I sure aint and probably not gonna buy from ya.
