Gee, I never thought I'd EVER get the Roman Bread recipe! I STILL, after all these years ( I left AZ in 1987), remember what it tastes like! I can't wait to fix it for my family at the next gathering! I'll have people here in IN addicted to it in no time! Thanks again, Michael, for another great Monti's memory....

I wotked at La Casa Vieja from 1984-87 (when I was in my early 20s)and your videos brought back some great memories! I checked out the place on Google Earth and I'm glad I was able to see it again before the new owners change it. Thanks, Michael !
